Consistency Over Intensity
The athletes and operators who last are not the loudest. They are the most consistent.

Intensity is seductive. It photographs well. It plays well on screens and in conversation. But intensity does not compound. Consistency does.
The standard is daily. The work you do today, repeated for a thousand days, will outpace any peak effort by a wide margin. This is true of training. It is true of work. It is true of how you show up for the people who depend on you.
The pursuit is not a single morning of perfect execution. It is a long, quiet sequence of unremarkable days, each one closer to the line.
